Through rigorous theoretical instruction, practical application, and master-level mentorship, I provide the tools, credentials, and expertise you need to elevate your coaching career and safely integrate advanced WB-EMS into your practice.
WB-EMS Certification
My journey into high-performance movement began at age 17, from foundations built in the British Women's Royal Air Force to coaching elite clients, members of the Royal Family, and A-list celebrities. Armed with 32 advanced fitness certifications, I continue to instruct at top-tier facilities including Equinox and Life Time across Orange County.
As the national examiner and lead instructor for Wiemspro WB-EMS courses in the United States, I founded Power Pulse EMS Training to set the benchmark in whole-body electromuscular stimulation education.
Based in Southern California, Power Pulse serves as an authorized Wiemspro suit and device service center alongside providing nationwide coach training and certification.
Today, the academy empowers personal trainers, group instructors, physical therapists, and studio owners across the country to master wireless WB-EMS technology and integrate high-performance protocols into their own practice.
